By accessing or using Sway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sway is an infant-activity tracker. Features include logging care events (feeds, sleep, diapers), growth measurements and milestones, a health record of immunizations and visits, daycare handoff notes, trends over time, sharing with the caregivers you invite, and an AI companion you can ask about what you have logged.
You can sign in with a Google account, an Apple account, or an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
Everything Sway offers today is free, forever — there is no trial and no paywall. Becoming a Supporter is an optional monthly subscription offered as a way to chip in and help a tiny team keep building Sway for the families who use it. The free tier is never clawed back.
Supporter is billed through Stripe (web) or the App Store via RevenueCat (iOS). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page or your device subscription settings.
We reserve the right to change Supporter pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change applies to their subscription.

You retain ownership of all entries, notes, photos, and other content you create in Sway. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service, including showing it to the caregivers you explicitly invite.
For AI features, the entries and notes you ask about may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. We do not include your name, email, or payment details in these requests. Sway is a record of what you logged, not medical advice — nothing it shows or generates is a substitute for a pediatrician.
We strive to keep Sway available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any unavailability or loss of data caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Sway is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and we cannot restore your data afterwards.
If you have an active Supporter subscription billed through Stripe, we cancel it as part of deleting your account; you will not be charged again, and we do not refund the current billing period. If you subscribed through the App Store, only you can cancel that subscription — do so in your device subscription settings before deleting your account, or Apple will continue to bill you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
